What the Wenatchee Area in Washington is Known For
Wenatchee has been called the “apple capital of the world”. The fertile valleys in the area, along with easy access to water make the area great for growing apples. Many orchards surround the valley and apple orchards are especially prevalent. Wenatchee also hosts the Washington State Apple Blossom Festival each year from the last week in April to the first week in May. This time is when Wenatchee sees the most amount of people.
Wenatchee is located at the confluence of the Wenatchee and Columbia Rivers. It is located just outside of the foothills of the Cascades Mountain range in central Washington. Washington is located in the Pacific Northwest, an area known for very rainy weather. However, due to where Wenatchee is located in central Washington east of the Cascade Mountain range, it has a more arid climate. This results in a lot of sunshine! In the foothills area, there are many trails on public lands for hiking, mountain biking, and walking. The rivers and lakes in the area are popular for watersports during the hot summers. During the colder winter months, the nearby mountains provide great areas for skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and other winter activities.

We have recently replaced all our exterior lights with brighter LED lights to provide more visibility during the evening hours. All our storage units are also equipped with interior lights to make organizing your storage unit easier. We have an on-site manager available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Many of our storage units have doors on both ends of the units; so no matter how you pack your storage unit, there are always two different ways to access your items. Even if you are very disorganized, the two doors ensure easy access! All the units have roll-up doors that make them easy for anyone to use. Each unit is equipped with a raised concrete floor which protects your stored items from damage due to rain or melting snow leaking into the unit. There are wide, paved aisles between the buildings, making it easy for even large trucks and moving vans to maneuver between the buildings while also allowing enough space for unloading.

The covered areas provide protection from the sun in the summer, and snow and rain in the spring, fall, and winter. We also have uncovered open camper, RV, boat and car parking as well. Security at EZ Access Storage
For security reasons, we allow access from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. but you can access your storage unit any day of the year during those times. We also provide free cylinder locks to each customer when renting a storage unit. Our entire storage facility is securely fenced. We also use security cameras that provide 24/7 security monitoring of the storage units.
Restrictions and Things You Should Know About Our Storage Facility
Our first priority is to keep your items safe and secure. In order to do so we do have certain restrictions in place at our storage facility. No electrical appliances or connections are allowed in any of the storage units. We do have an age limit of 20 years for all RVs, boats, campers, and cars unless they are classic vehicles or have a book value of more than $10,000. All RVs, campers, and cars stored on the site must be drivable and be currently licensed. The owner must provide a copy of the title or current registration at the time of rental which is kept in the customers file. Boats must be licensed and be on trailers that are also licensed and can be towed. Recreational boats that are stored for long periods of 4-6 months over the winter must be shrink-wrapped to protect them from the elements. Fishing boats that are going to be used during the storage period are exempt from the shrink-wrapping requirement.
