Five-Foot Units
At EZ Access Storage, we have three types of five-foot self storage buildings. These units are perfect for items from a small office or small apartment.
5×5–This self storage unit is perfect for the minimalist. If you have only a small bedroom suit to your name, this is the best option for size, and price, for you. Expect to fit a small dresser, a twin mattress, and several small-to-medium sized boxes.
5×10–Think of this space as your average walk-in closet. If stacked appropriately, you could fit a medium-sized bedroom suite. This would include a queen-sized bed, a dresser, a TV, and roughly 20 medium-sized boxes.
5×15–Our largest five-footer unit, this is roughly the size of a “D” list celebrity’s walk-in closet. Not only can you fit all the items that fit into a 5×5 and a 5×10 unit, but it can handle a few recreational equipment and more wardrobe boxes. Sometimes in the storage unit business, we call this the bachelor’s storage unit!
The ten-foot self storage buildings will accommodate the average household.
Ten-Foot Units
It’s no secret, EZ Access Storage’s 10-foot units are our the best sellers.
10×10–Roughly half the space of a one-car garage, this is easily one of the most versatile self-storage units around. One of the reasons this size is so popular is that it can fit furnishings for a small, two-bedroom home or apartment. Furthermore, this is a really popular choice for most small offices.
10×15–The five extra feet added to this unit can give you enough space for a moderately sized three-bedroom home. Or, if you have a two-bedroom home with a lot of recreational gear, this is a great unit for you. It’s common for people to store larger items such as sectional couch or full bedrooms suites.
10×20–This unit is roughly the size of a one-car garage. If you have oversized furniture or many large-scale items such as a piano, or a full dining room suite, this is a great self storage unit for you. Many renters who have a three-bedroom homes with many yard tools or a hobby that requires many materials often select this unit for their storage needs.
10×30–If you have a lot of big boy (or big girl) toys, plus many household items, this one will best serve you. We’ve seen many people squeeze large household items, such as large appliances, plus a motorcycle or two. The great thing about this unit is that you don’t have to stress about stacking items extra high, keeping some of your more fragile items safe. You can even park your classic car along with your other collectibles in this unit.

Twelve-Foot Unit
At EZ Access Storage, the 12-foot unit is our largest type of enclosed unit, and the amount of items you fit in here seem endless.
12×30–This spacious unit can hold the contents of about a 40-foot moving van. It is a popular choice for large, multi-room households, with many appliances or large furniture.
Storage for All Types
Between the eight different self storage options, we are bound to have the right unit for you. One other factor you may need to consider when renting a storage unit is your packing personality. Are the organized, meticulous type who likes to play Tetris? Or are you the loosey-goosey type who stores items willy-nilly? Typically, the organized person can fit quit a lot in the small units, when the more relaxed packer may benefit from a the larger units.
