One-Year Price Guarantee
EZ Access Storage offers a One-Year Price Guarantee.
Your monthly rental rate is guaranteed not to increase for a minimum of one full year from the beginning of your rental.
The guarantee applies to the regular monthly rental rate established at move-in and does not include temporary promotional pricing or promotional discount periods. Once an introductory or promotional period ends, the applicable regular monthly rental rate will apply and will remain protected under the One-Year Price Guarantee for the applicable guarantee period.
Price Guarantee Requirements
- The rate guarantee applies for a minimum of 12 months.
- The rate guarantee applies to the customer’s agreed regular monthly rental rate at move-in.
- Promotional rates, introductory discounts, and other temporary promotional pricing are excluded from the rate guaranteed.
- To receive the one-year price guarantee the customer must remain in good standing with EZ Access Storage. To remain in good standing means the rent must consistently be paid on or before the due date, all facility rules are followed, and customer is respectful to the employees, vendors and other customers of EZ Access Storage.
- Customers who are NOT in good standing may find this guarantee revoked at the sole discretion of EZ Access Storage.Questions about the Price Guarantee?

Promotions & Discounts
EZ Access Storage regularly offers promotional discounts and special offers. Available promotions, eligibility requirements, discount amounts, and promotional periods may change.
Eligible promotions may be stacked or combined. We want you to maximize the savings and have designed each of our promotions with this goal in mind. For example, if you qualify for a move-in discount, a senior citizen discount and a pre-payment discount you will receive all three (3) discounts for maximum savings. Mix and match promotions as you desire to create the optimum solution for your specific situation.
The only restriction is that senior citizen discounts and first responder discounts cannot be combined. You can have one or the other but not both.
Advance Reservation Terms
EZ Access Storage allows customers to reserve an available self-storage unit up to 14 days before the planned move-in date.
An advance reservation requires a deposit equal to the first month’s rent. The reservation deposit is automatically applied toward the first month’s rental payment upon move-in.
Electrical Outlet Use
Select larger premium self-storage units include a 110-volt electrical outlet.
These outlets are intended for approved low-power uses, including trickle chargers for automobile, motorcycle, or snowmobile batteries. There is currently no additional charge for electrical consumption associated with approved use.
Heaters and household appliances are strictly prohibited from being connected to these outlets.
Storage Availability
Storage-unit sizes, premium features, powered units, and other storage options are subject to current availability.
Some storage units include premium features such as dual doors, industrial-strength steel racks, extra-wide doors, additional width, drive-through access, or electrical outlets. Not every feature is available with every unit size.
